Zero Tolerance Policy
The Gift of Touch, LLC has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or comments of a sexual nature. Behavior of a sexual nature
is inappropriate and will result in the session being terminated with full payment due.
Payment
Payment is due at the completion of the appointment. Cash or Check is preferred; Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, & Discover) are
accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the client will be charged for the appointment.
Scheduling Policy
Appointments should be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Late Policy
If a client is late for an appointment, the massage will be given within the remaining time. If a client
is more than 20 minutes late, the client will need to reschedule the appointment. In either case, the client will
be charged the full amount for the appointment.
Sick Policy
The Gift of Touch, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if the massage therapist or the client is sick,
to protect the health of both the massage therapist and the client, or in the event of an emergency. Clients are asked to reschedule there
appointment if they are sick.
The Gift of Touch, LLC reserves the right to change and update its policies as the need arises.
